Olympiad Registration Guidelines

BrainBox Olympiad 2025–26

General Instructions

  • Please carefully read and adhere to the following guidelines before registering:

Eligibility & Registration

    • Candidates must select the class corresponding to their current academic session (2025-26).

    • Only online registration will be accepted. Manual forms will not be entertained.

    • Upon successful registration, candidates will receive a confirmation message on their registered mobile number.

    • No registration fee is required for participation.

Registration Details

  • Class Selection: Candidates must register for the class they are currently studying in the 2025-26 academic session.

  • Online Registration: Registration is exclusively online, and manual forms will not be accepted.

  • Confirmation: Upon successful registration, candidates will receive a User ID and Password via their registered mobile number.

  • Single Form Submission: Each candidate can submit only one application form; duplicate forms will be rejected.

Examination Format

  • The Olympiad will consist of two phases:

    Phase-I (Online Only) for Classes I to X – Sunday, 16th November 2025

    • The exam will be conducted online only (from home).

    • Candidates can attempt the exam from any location with a stable internet connection.

    • The official website for logging in is www.brainboxolypiad.in.

    • Candidates are responsible for their internet and electricity during the exam; no extra time will be provided for technical failures.

    Phase-II (Offline) for Classes I to X – Sunday, 30th November 2025

    • Students who qualify in Phase-I will be eligible to attempt Phase-II.

    • Phase-II will be conducted at designated centres on 30th November 2025 for all classes.

    • Students will be eligible for scholarships and the highest cash rewards.

    • During OFFLINE EXAMINATION, students must mark their answers on OMR sheets by darkening the correct option.

    • The question paper will feature Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs), each with 4 options, of which only one is correct.

    • Negative Marking: ¼ mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer in the Phase-II exam.

    • No negative marking will be applied in Phase-I.

Admit Card and Identification for PHASE-II Exam

    • Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website after registration and after qualifying Phase-I.

    • Candidates must carry their admit card (with a recent passport-sized photograph) and one of the following documents:

      • Valid School ID Card

      • Bonafide Certificate (with an attested photograph on school letterhead)

      • Aadhaar Card

General Conduct

    • Bring your own black ballpoint pen for marking answers on the OMR sheet.

    • Arrive on time at the examination venue, well-prepared.

    • Follow all instructions provided by the invigilators during the exam.

Conflict Resolution and Organizers' Decision

    • Any disputes arising during the exam will be resolved by the organizers.

    • The decision of the organizers regarding answer keys, evaluation, and results will be final and binding.
